There’s no shortage of rental properties in Santa Cruz, and those with an ocean view are the most attractive to out-of-towners looking for the beach city experience. Of course all those potential customers are combing through photos on rental property websites, so if your photos are crap, you’re gonna get less business. The smart ones know to hire a professional for this kind of stuff, so I was happy to provide my services to this particular owner. This house, located in the Sunny Cove area of Santa Cruz, looks like a really fun place to stay – and one that can accommodate quite a few people which is great.
