Pfeiffer Beach in Big Sur is almost always windy when I go there, and today was no exception. And when I say windy, I mean it’s blowing hard enough to give your outer layers of skin a decent microdermabrasion treatment. High winds are neither hair-friendly nor photo-equipment-friendly. But you know what? Who cares. Liz and Scott met me with smiles on their faces, and we just made it happen. I told them my goal wasn’t to get 300 keepers, it was more like 50. And I know I got more than that. So yeah, the wind was a little crazy, but so is their love. It was a lot of fun to hang out and get to know each other better, and I can’t wait for their 2014 wedding at The Perry House in Monterey.
