Usually a sampler plate of food is not much to be impressed by, but at Cascal in Mountain View, it’s truly a site to behold – and you may want to bring a friend or three to help you tackle it. Every time I rotated this enormous dish to get new angles for the food photos, a new tapas dish presented itself.
