It was great making the trip up to The Westin San Francisco again to see my contacts there, and work with Executive Chef John Hart to create these amazing new dishes. And by work with, I mean “bow down to his awesomeness, take a few photos, and taste the deliciousness of the new food items.” It didn’t take a whole lot on my part to help make the food look good enough to put a grumble in your tummy – I probably could’ve made iPhone photos that’d make you drool with such worthy fare to work with.
