Chef Marco Fossati (Creative Portraits) at Quattro, Four Seasons Hotel, East Palo Alto

Chef Marco Fossati was the original Executive Chef for Quattro when the restaurant first opened with the new Four Seasons Hotel in East Palo Alto five years ago. He then left for his home country, Italy, for a couple years – but now he’s back! Doug, The Marketing Director at Four Seasons, wanted some creative portraits for the newly reinstated chef – something different from the standard headshot. I love getting opportunities to do something different, so we wandered around the property shooting at different locations and playing with ideas.
